Lead with empathy. Work hard to build trusting relationships with your team. Go out of your way to make everyone feel welcome. Don’t discuss team issues in public. Learn team member’s favorite tasks. Learn about their family, their goals, etc.
Work with a smile - always - even when you don’t want to.
