WHAT IS SERVANT LEADERSHIP?

Chick-fil-A is well known for its’ servant leadership models. “Servant leadership” is a term that is thrown around a lot and sounds like a really great idea! But what is it? What does it mean to be a servant leader? How does the fact that we strongly believe in being this type of leader set us apart? In most businesses and organizations, the “leaders” aren't really leaders; they’re bosses and managers. At Chick-fil-A, while you are a manager and someone’s boss, you are asked to be a leader. And there is a difference. To illustrate this difference, you will see a series of pictures below.
